Where are my glasses?

I can't lose them now, not with these little beaded glass cases. These are challenging, but fun, I just might make a few more!

Crochet Purses

I love to Crochet, and I love to watch movies, so during the Holidays, it just made sense to hang out, watch movies and crochet purses. I have made so many of these and each one is my favorite! Not done yet though, I'm still making them.

Lucy's Christmas Tree

Just wanted to add this cute little tree to my blog so my sewing sister could check this out. These are cloth napkins sewn up in a half circle of fabric then folded. Stacked with a few, they make up a very cute little tree. Thanks Lucy!

Make-n-Take Angels

Check out these cutie pie Christmas Angels I put together for a Make-N-Take at Jazi Crafts. Lots of people participated and seemed like they were enjoyed by all who participated.
Thanks Brenda for helping me with all the cutting!

2009 Christmas Card

Loved making my Christmas Cards this year. I got my inspiration from the Houston Quilt show that I went to with my sister, they were making puffy quilt cards so I came up with my own version.

"Joy to you and me"

Here's "JOY" from my house to yours! Just like my "Family" and "Dad" blocks, this little cutie has clips in the back where you can attach special cards pictures or Christmas wishes!

creating "Create"

My niece Erika and I decided to make these cool boards, they have knobs at the bottom, so we can hang cool goodies from them. It was fun making them, but even better was the time Erika was here!

Letters, Letters I'll take a "D"

O.K. guys, here are my letters for my letter swap. My sister Isabel, in Texas, was actually kind enough to help me out with this project, it was practically her idea, wonder why I just didn't have her sew them for me? oh well, they turned out cute anyway and I loved sewing them on my new/old Singer.

Beaded Amulet Bag

Last week for scrapbook club, we were invited to join in on a gift exchange and were asked to bring something we made ourselves. I decided to bring this beaded amulet bag. I used to make these all the time but had not made one in awhile. I really loved the way it turned out, and I'm sure Brenda was happy to have won it!

Here is a picture of Christine's parents on Grandparent’s Day when they were presented with their family blocks! I hoped they love displaying their wonderful family photos as much as I enjoyed designing the project. Thanks Christine for the pic.

It's here!
"Tis the Season" Holiday Celebration
This beautiful tree is decked out with butterflies, garland and lights! and if you've been good, then there will be presents under the tree, not to mention a stocking with your name on it! As if that were enough to get you exited about the season then your gonna love that its MUSICAL, yes that right Musical if you press the star on top of the tree you will be rewarded with a holiday song! Perhaps the three birds at the top of their fabulously decked out bird house are responsible for the tune! This Celebration has plenty of places to put holiday cards, wishes or pictures as the back is fully decorated and also has a pocket.
It's like it's own magical little place!

I have been super busy this week. Not only did I sew two more of my very cool "Tutu Fancy" aprons, but I crocheted a shawl! Plus, my friend Renee gave me the coolest book on "Crochet Flowers" and I have been experimenting with some of the patterns.
Busy, Busy, Busy!

Wow, That's Hot!

So that's why Char needed this crocheted cozy for her coffee.
Wouldn't want to burn anything important!
